BNC Systems is a private technology R&D firm established in 2002, specializing since 2006 in automotive-technology development of infotainment & navigation platforms.
We develop, manufacture and sell innovative proprietary hardware & software platforms for the automotive industry, aiming to serve global manufacturers & OEM’s, local dealers, systems integrators & installers, EV system integrators, fleet/Taxi management software manufacturers, and more.

Management Team

Oded Gutentag - CEO & CTO

Oded founded BNC System, as a private company, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Oded has an extensive experience of over 20 years in developing electronic systems and specializes in system integration. Prior to focusing on the Automotive industry, Oded has conducted R&D projects for the Israeli Defense industry, the Medical Device industry, PDA's industry and more. 

Eyal Zvuluny - VP Strategy & Business Development

Eyal has experience in strategy consulting and business development, focusing on innovative Israeli ventures and global connections. Prior to BNC, Eyal has consulted public and private Israeli/ Foreign firms in strategic projects and business development initiatives through his work as senior consultant at Shaldor, Israel’s leading Israeli Strategy Consulting firm.

Shlomi Ophir - VP Sales & Marketing

Shlomi Ophir has served as Vice President global Sales & Marketing since joining BNC in 2008. Mr. Ophir manages BNC System's sales and marketing teams, and has successfully established the company's market position as Israel's 'vehicle localization leader'. Prior to joining BNC, Mr. Ophir served as Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, and as Sales Manager at a leading information security company.

Paul Linden - Management Advisor

Paul is an automotive veteran with 27 years of experience in automotive new product development. Paul retired from Ford Motor Company in 2007, Project Manager for 2006 Ford Ranger/Mazda BT50, 2000 Ford Escape/Mazda Tribute, 1998 Ford Excursion, 1995 Jaguar XJ8. Paul was instrumental in the development of TOMCAR Autonomous Electric Vehicle 2009-2012. 

Doron Zisso - Legal Manager

Doron has more than 15 years of experience in IP litigation regarding internet and hi-tech issues, internet law, branding and identity, IP law, arbitration, online ADR and more.
